Don’t Skip the Dessert

We are all busy, and life happens in a hurry. We can feel physically and mentally drained when we spend a whole day seeing clients. We must treat ourselves well to recover our energy and show up as the best version of us for work and play days. This workshop explores ways to “nourish” and energize ourselves with delicious healthy treats and desserts. Desserts are too good to skip! Self-care with food is appropriate and healing, so let’s make treats, snacks, and desserts a top priority in our self-care tool kit.
In 2.5 hours, you will learn about how chia seeds, coconut cream, avocado, dates, natural cacao, and others can benefit mental and physical health. Using these tasty ingredients, we will create three easy recipes; chia pudding, avocado ice cream with chocolate ganache, and easy no-bake energy bars.
