Good Food Good Mood

We are what we eat and this applies to our mental health more than we realize. Each group will explore a different theme focusing on how what we eat can influence how we feel. We will also explore ways of making food and food prep accessible and fun. So whether you are a household of 6 or 1, this group can provide a sustenance of vital information. You’ll learn how to spice up your pantry with herbs to boost your immune system, organize your prep, menus and lists, explore foods that support your nervous system, understand the body-brain connections and so much more. When your belly is happy, your mind is happy. No cooking experience necessary.
Group meets every other week in person and online. Participants are asked to commit to 12 sessions. $35 per group.
